Former Alvarium Securities Co-CEO and Franklin Venture Partners Head of Investor Relations join as Managing Partners, strengthening the firm's reach with institutional investors on both sides of the Atlantic
Tower Peak Partners announces the appointments of Eddie Nissen and Chris Ferris as Managing Partners, Heads of Capital Formation & Investor Relations for EMEA based in London and for North America based in New York, respectively. Together, they will deepen the firm's engagement with the firm’s institutional investors across both regions, reflecting Tower Peak's long-term commitment to these markets. Both will report to Stuart Patterson, Global Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations, who is based in New York.
Eddie joins from Marex Financial, where he was co-Head of Investment Funds, leading capital raising and investor coverage across listed and private markets. He participated in defining the firm’s product, distribution and investor targeting strategies. Previously, he co-founded Alvarium Securities, where he served as Co-CEO, led capital raising and the firm's investor engagement strategy. Alvarium Securities was spun-out of AlTi Global and became Ellora Capital Partners, a boutique private placement group which was eventually acquired by Marex Financial. Earlier in his career, he worked in capital markets and engaged in fundraisings for alternative funds at J.P. Morgan, and held capital raising roles at mid-market investment banks Peel Hunt and Dexion Capital. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in the emerging markets institutional equity sales desk.
Chris joins from New Rhein Healthcare Investors, where he was Head of Investor Relations, where he built the firm's co-investment infrastructure and led fundraising. He previously held the same title at Cohen Circle, where he developed the investor relations function for the firm. Chris also spent six years at Franklin Templeton as Head of Investor Relations for Franklin Venture Partners, where he built its fundraising, investor relations and product development functions, scaled LP commitments, and launched a co-investment programme. Prior to this, he was a Vice President and portfolio manager in the Chief Investment Office of Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Global Wealth and Investment Management Division.
