We find that to have a successful career and to be the best that you can be, it is very important to surround yourself with good mentors. Our mentorship programme helps our staff understand our culture and understand their unique identity within our firm. It helps align with our common values and beliefs. Each mentor is typically carefully selected to be matched with each new member of staff. It is quite common that our people have multiple mentors throughout their careers, we encourage this.
Our programme helps newcomers adapt to our firm culture. Being assigned a first Mentor when you join the firm, usually helps establish a good foundation to understand our community and naturally find more mentors within our firm to help guide and advise you throughout your career.
We believe a firm should reflect the community that we operate in and serve. Our business is global, cross-border in nature and has no boundaries, so why should we have boundaries when selecting our people? Like the diverse global society we live in, the globalized businesses that we invest in, and the international nature of the investors we serve; we believe our firm should reflect the same plurality, diversity of thought, backgrounds, beliefs, and differences. The Tower Peak Summer Internship Programme is oriented at Postgraduate students, graduating from the world’s leading universities. Tower Peak offers a very competitive programme that seeks to immerse students into a global, diverse, and multi-cultural environment that will offer unique perspectives.
The programme runs for 10 weeks over the summer of every year, starting on the first working day of July and typically ending in mid-September.
Our selection process is competitive. We look for candidates that have relevant professional experience and training stemming from a broad range of backgrounds.
