Elisa Alvares participated alongside Michael Monsour, Phanes Funding Group, on the panel “Risk Financing in the Content Business: New Paths.” The session was part of the fifth edition of Iberseries & Platino Industria and was moderated by Paula P. Manzanedo, Film Finances International.
Elisa explored financing alternatives for audiovisual projects: "there is no single financing model that is valid for everyone in times of disruption", but the essential principles of economics that apply to all industries are relevant in audiovisual finance as well: "developing and producing a product should not cost more than its market value. It is important to take this into account for every project."
