Simon joins Tower Peak as Global Head of Technology, with responsibility for building-out the firm’s proprietary global technology organisation and will be responsible for the firm’s technology and data infrastructure. Prior to joining Tower Peak, Simon served as a Strategic Advisor to R3, the distributed database technology company backed by over 200 major banks, financial institutions and regulators. With over 23 years of experience at Goldman Sachs, serving as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management Technology for EMEA at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), he has held a number of key strategic roles across the firm's technology unit, and more recently had been a Member of the GSAM International's Leadership Team. Simon played a role as Technology lead in Goldman Sachs' acquisition and integration of NN Investment Partners in April 2022.

Paul will lead the buildout of a dedicated investment team focused on the Aerospace and Defence sector. Paul joins Tower Peak from General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), the technology arm of one of the world's largest aerospace and defence companies, where he served as a senior  executive. Paul is a career intelligence officer from the US Air Force and began his commercial career working for Anteon Corporation. At GDIT, Paul was responsible for a range information and technology projects relating to key intelligence and security programmes for a number of US, NATO, and partner nation organisations.

Paul will work with the team to support Tower Peak’s proprietary investment in Enabled Intelligence, a US defence company in which the firm invested in June 2025. Tower Peak currently holds a board seat at the company. Enabled Intelligence provides specialised, sensitive and classified data services to a range of defence, intelligence, government and environmental monitoring applications. The company has been working with the US Department of Defence by supporting lead contractors on key programs like MAVEN and was recently awarded the single-award $708m SEQUOIA contract from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), where it was in competition with companies like Scale.ai.
