Luke is a Managing Partner of the firm and its Chief Investment Officer for Private Equity in North America, based in New York City. Luke oversees all North American investment activity, portfolio management, investment execution, impact and sustainability management as well as overall New York Office management.
Luke is an accomplished impact investor with more than 20 years of sustainable and impact investments across private equity, venture capital, infrastructure and funds. Prior to Tower Peak, Luke was Vice President at PGIM, the investment arm of Prudential Financial Inc. During his tenure in PGIM’s Private Alternatives division, Luke was responsible for co-managing a portfolio of $1bn of sustainable and impact investments.
Before taking the lead on PGIM’s impact portfolio, Luke held several investment roles at Prudential’s Impact and Responsible Investment division. Luke has been a member of multiple investment and advisory committees and boards for impact driven financial intermediaries and companies, including the Investment Committee of the Disability Opportunity Fund, and served on corporate committees such as Prudential’s Climate Change Policy Task Force.
Luke holds a MSc in Studies in Sustainability Management from Columbia University’s Climate School, New York. He also holds an MBA with Finance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises with a Major in Finance from the Syracuse University, New York.
Luke is also an Adjunct Professor in Sustainable Finance at Columbia University, New York.
