Sharon is an Associate in the Investment Team at Tower Peak Partners, based in the firm's London office. She is involved in the firm's global intellectual property investment discipline and is responsible for the analysis, assessment, execution and portfolio oversight of investment transactions within the Global Investment Team.
Prior to joining Tower Peak, Sharon was a Corporate Strategy and M&A Manager at DWS Group in Singapore, where she worked closely with global teams to execute inorganic growth initiatives, including M&A, divestments, and joint ventures. Other responsibilities included assessing potential investment opportunities and governing existing strategic investments and joint ventures.
Previously, Sharon was a Senior Associate in the Strategy & Transactions practice at Ernst & Young in Singapore, where she conducted financial due diligence for M&A transactions across banking, insurance, and fintech sectors in Southeast Asia.
Sharon began her career in the Financial Services Assurance team at PwC in Singapore, where she conducted statutory audits for banking clients, including a domestically systemically important bank. She spearheaded audits of corporate lending businesses, SOX compliance reviews and internal controls assessments.
Sharon holds a BSc in Accountancy with Honours from Nanyang Technological University's Nanyang Business School in Singapore, and an MSc in Finance at London Business School, where she was awarded the LBS Merit Scholarship. Sharon is an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA) and Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
