Stewart is an Associate in the Investment Team at Tower Peak Partners, based in the firm's London office. He is involved in the firm's global intellectual property investment discipline and is responsible for the analysis, evaluation, execution, and portfolio oversight of transactions within the Global Investment Team.
Prior to joining Tower Peak, Stewart was a Senior Associate at global law firm Latham & Watkins, specialising in sports, media, and IP-backed transactions. Based in London, he advised investors, rights holders, brands, media organisations, and leading talent across the US, Europe, and the MENA region on complex cross-border matters. His experience includes M&A, private capital investments, media and commercial rights partnerships, project financing, and regulatory issues in IP-driven markets.
Stewart began his legal career at US firm O'Melveny & Myers, where he trained and qualified into the corporate M&A and funds practice.
He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Law, and an LLB from Durham University.
